Job summary

Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate to drive foot traffic and convert walk-by customers at our Springdale location. You will engage shoppers with high-energy, product samples, and script-based pitches using the AIDA model to generate interest and guide customers toward a purchase or sign-up.

The ideal candidate has superb communication, is outgoing, self-motivated, and capable of standing for long periods while lifting up to 25 lbs. Retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promote offers and guide customers to the Cellairis counter.
