Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – Scintilla to transform retail, POS, and inventory data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards and reports and communicate findings to Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with BI, data visualization, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Scintilla and related retailer datasets (POS, inventory, sell-through, pricing) to generate insights.
• Develop, maintain dashboards and reports; translate outputs into business narratives for leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to answer key questions.
• Train and support end users; manage multiple projects with varying urgency.
