Job summary

Kontoor Brands in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform retail, POS, inventory, assortment, supply chain, and shopper data into clear insights that drive growth. This role will partner with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, and leadership to translate complex data into actionable narratives and dashboards.

You will mine, validate, and model data, support governance, and help scale reporting while communicating what changed and what actions should follow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field.
• Strong SQL, DAX, Python, R and data visualization skills.
• Experience with retail data sources and BI/reporting tooling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Scintilla and retailer datasets (POS, inventory, sell-through, shipments, assortment, distribution, pricing, promotions).
• Develop, enhance and maintain dashboards, reports and models; translate outputs into business narratives.
• Partner with Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and leadership to define questions and deliver insights.
