Job summary

Reyes Holdings, a field-based merchandising role, requires you to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets in Grass Valley to stock, display, and rotate products. Early start times and travel across assigned routes are included in a full-time schedule.

You will use company systems for routing and documentation, maintain backstock, and ensure inventory freshness. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, with lifting up to 170 lbs for keg handling as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or meet state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift and move 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display area using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Utilize company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
