Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano and Napa Counties. You will travel assigned routes, use pallet jacks or hand trucks, and ensure shelves stay current and well presented.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally able to work.
• Requires reliable personal automobile and valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance coverage meeting company/state minimums.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on routes.
• Transport products using pallet jacks or hand trucks between backroom and display.
• Use company systems for routing, account monitoring and checkouts.
• Document execution with photos of displays and stock status.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full-time with a 5:00am - 6:00am start time

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
