Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in California is seeking a full-time merchandise professional to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes in the Elk Grove area. Travel with own vehicle required.

Earn $24 per hour with overtime and receive monthly car and mileage reimbursements. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, wellness programs, PTO, and paid training. Screening includes background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs for keg handling or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment like pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
