Accenture is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs in the Banking sector, leveraging AI, data, and automation to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will guide C-suite stakeholders, shape enterprise-wide strategies, and mentor future leaders across multiple client engagements, while collaborating within Accenture's ecosystem to drive value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, banking/finance domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with agentic AI deployment in banking is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise-wide data and AI strategies that align business goals with technology outcomes.
• Set vision for large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs leveraging AI, data, and automation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in AI, data, and banking technology and converting them into client value.
• Oversee delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday – Thursday).
