Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting, banking, or related operations.
• 5+ years advising Banking/Capital Markets/Payments at business-technology intersection.
• Experience owning senior client or C-suite relationships.
• 6+ years leading enterprise-wide strategy or transformation programs.
• 5+ years delivering analytics or AI in banking/FS.
• 5+ years developing consulting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide banking strategy engagements across commercial banking, payments, and channel strategy.
• Set direction for large multi-workstream transformation programs for banking and capital markets.
• Advise C-suite on translating strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Build and sustain senior client relationships as a long-term strategic partner.
• Identify trends in AI, fintech, and banking tech and translate into opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership through points of view and industry forums.
• Mentor managers and consultants with feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate across Accenture to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
