Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; at least one year of banking experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to present information.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rate and percent.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Must be available to work 30–35 hours per week and rotating Saturdays mornings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to bank locations as needed.
• Knowledge of Spreadsheet, Word Processing, Internet, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Opens new accounts and cross-sells additional retail products and services.
• Gathers, inputs, and verifies required personal information.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions.
• Serves and informs customers about bank products and services.
• Maintains records, adheres to security and policy requirements.
• Provides customer service and handles inquiries by phone or in person.
