Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree desirable
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers
• Experience in consultative sales and delivering personal customer experience
• Familiarity with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions
• Proactively engage with customers and prospects to grow loyalty and opportunities
• Explain everyday banking, lending, home financing and small business solutions
• Guide customers through digital and self-serve options to simplify banking
