Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Banker II in Texas-Cedar Park to deliver the Woodforest Experience through frontline service, relationship building, and proactive product recommendations. You will handle teller transactions, account openings, and support branch marketing while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and flexibility to work extended hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.
• In-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
