Addison Group is partnering with a well-established financial institution in Edmond, OK to hire a Banking Manager to lead a retail branch, drive business development, and coach a customer-focused team.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, manage staffing, and build strong community relationships while aiming to meet performance goals.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000–$85,000 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as Banking Manager or Branch Manager.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a retail banking environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee engagement skills.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, referral, and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Current Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily branch activities and customer service operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and community partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow deposits, services, and customer relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees through coaching and performance management.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive banking experience.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal procedures, and audit requirements.
• Monitor branch security protocols and operational controls.
• Support new employee onboarding and completion of required compliance training.
• Promote a positive, results-driven culture focused on teamwork and service excellence.
