First National Bank of Pennsylvania (FNB) invites you to join the Retail Banking Internship in Pittsburgh, PA. As an intern you will gain practical experience in banking operations, customer service, and finance while shadowing leaders and participating in training opportunities.

You will rotate through Teller and Platform training, interact with various business partners, attend FNB events, and develop skills in analysis, communication, and teamwork during a structured program.

Qualifications

• Must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Pursuing Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology preferred.
• Paid internship with structured learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Teller training and learn to service customers on the Teller Line.
• Participate in Platform training and shadow Platform employees during lead calling, profiling, and account opening.
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
• Attend Workplace Banking presentations and FNB-related events/trainings.
• Interact with various FNB business partners including Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, and Business Banking.
• Perform duties and projects as assigned while adhering to FNB policies and procedures.
