• Participate in Teller training and service customers on the Teller Line.
• Participate in Platform training and shadow Platform employees during lead calls, profiling, and account opening processes.
• Shadow Branch Managers or Business Development Officers on outside business calls.
• Attend and observe Workplace Banking presentations.
• Interact with other F.N.B. business partners and Retail leadership.
