Job summary

You will lead a team, coach staff, and cultivate referral networks to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking experience required.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service and business development.
• Prior leadership or managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive deposit growth and client relationships through proactive business development and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain a network of referral sources and centers of influence.
• Manage deposit portfolios for profitability and risk, and support branch operations as needed.
• Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff; hire and evaluate performance as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with security and audit teams to maintain branch safety and integrity.
