Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related clerical/administrative experience or training.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and process new deposit account requests.
• Process customer service requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, and account maintenance.
• Open basic deposit accounts – consumer individual or joint accounts with POA or PODs, Sole Proprietorship.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions or referrals to bank products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns related to deposit account transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and activities.
• Participate in upkeep and appearance of the branch and training opportunities.
• Assist other branches during staff shortages.
• Other duties as assigned.
