Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and process new deposit account requests.
• Handle requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, and special instructions.
• Open basic deposit accounts (consumer/joint with POA or POD).
• Identify customer needs and refer to solutions or products.
• Resolve complaints related to deposit transactions.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Participate in branch upkeep and training opportunities.
• Assist other branches during staff shortages.
• May be included in Saturday rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
