Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year clerical/administrative experience or training.
• Detailed understanding of banking products and services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform teller transactions and process deposit account requests.
• Process stop payments, wire transfers, and account maintenance tasks.
• Open basic deposit accounts (consumer/Joint with POA or POD).
• Identify customer needs and refer to products or services as appropriate.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Adhere to policies, compliance, and branch appearance standards.
