Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and process new deposit account requests.
• Handle customer service requests such as processing stop payments, wire transfers, and account maintenance as needed.
• Open basic deposit accounts – consumer individual or joint accounts with POA or PODs, Sole Proprietorship.
• Engage with clients to identify current and future financial needs and refer them to solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and address concerns related to deposit account transactions.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
