Qualifications

• General knowledge of financial services industry products/services.
• Compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z. Includes NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Exercising executive and administrative control over all branch sales, servicing and operations of the office.
• Establishes goals for branch marketing, operations and sales; evaluates activity reports and related metrics.
• Maintains prescribed security controls; monitors access; opens/closes branch and vault; on-call for security issues.
• Coaches and develops staff to actively sell, refer, deliver and promote the bank’s products and services.
• Ensures branch compliance with bank standards, audits, and regulatory requirements; completes quarterly branch checklist.
• Represents the company at civic/community functions to enhance the bank’s image and develop new business.
• Oversees training and development of branch personnel; conducts staff meetings; manages performance and staffing decisions.
