Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of Retail Banking or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day functionality, configuration, and support of workforce management and CRM systems.
• Ensure standardized processes, reporting, training, and coaching for platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Retail, and vendors to implement upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
• Document workflows, maintain user permissions, and assist in feature rollouts.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing across Banking Centers with analytics.
• Build dashboards and reports to support coaching and engagement.
• Provide administrative support to the CBSO and Banking Services team.
