Responsibilities

• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with Woodforest experiences.
