The role requires at least one year in retail banking, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to balance ATM and vault operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of retail banking experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, payments, and routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance and maintain ATM, Cash Dispenser, and Vault operations as assigned.
• Process debit card requests, PIN resets, card orders, and card replacements.
• Assist customers with account maintenance requests and document all actions.
• Refer appropriate banking products and services to deepen customer relationships.
