Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists with mortgage inquiries and referrals to mortgage solutions
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements with accurate documentation and risk awareness
• Maintains a compliant and customer-focused environment to support long-term financial wellness
