We are looking for a bright, dedicated, and outgoing personality to join our team!

We currently have a full-time Retail Banker position open for immediate placement. Hours will be 8:15 am – 5:00 pm; Monday through Friday (45-minute lunch). The Retail Banker position combines duties from a traditional teller and personal banker roles.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Operate a teller drawer daily, facilitating transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, check orders, change orders, night drops, mail transactions, issuing negotiable instruments, cash advances, and other ancillary products.
• Assist with opening new Business and Consumer Deposit, Safe Deposit Box, and Loan Accounts.
• Process transfer requests, maintain recurring transactions, and handle routine account and customer maintenance requests.
• Support resolution of errors, disputes, fraud cases, and general banking inquiries both in person and over the phone.

Performance expectations:

• Achieve sales goals for new loans and deposits through personal sales and referrals.
• Maximize digital channels including online banking, mobile banking, and e-statements.
• Drive core deposit, credit card, and loan growth and retention through relationship management and initiatives.
• Maintain satisfactory service and nurture existing customer relationships.
