Universal Banker PT (20hrs) - South Hanover Branch

Join us for the Universal Banker PT (20hrs) - South Hanover Branch role at Artis Senior Living.

This position involves providing timely and efficient client transaction completion, maintaining accurate records, and handling all monies properly. You will deliver high-quality service, understand client financial needs, and support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Support sales through client outreach, identifying needs, and referring clients to appropriate team members.
  • Understand and support IRM processes to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training to improve service and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, managing workload based on branch demands.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or cash handling/client service experience
  • Six months of client relationship or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and software applications
  • Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex branch transactions and risk management
  • Experience in sourcing and prospecting new clients
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies
