Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Banker to be the face of our branches, engaging customers, opening and maintaining accounts, and processing transactions. You will promote products and services that fit customer needs, with emphasis on sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience (or equivalent education).
• Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree acceptable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with Woodforest’s customer experience standards.
