Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. operates TJ Maxx and other brands across the USA. This Bozeman store role focuses on receiving, merchandising, and delivering an excellent customer experience, while training teammates and maintaining store standards.

You will handle truck deliveries, tag and stock merchandise, and support store operations to drive sales and shrink reduction goals, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently.
• Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping store clean and organized.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains productivity and coaches the team as needed.
• Organizes back stock for easy replenishment.
• Upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Maintains backroom cleanliness and recovery standards.
