Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and follow operating procedures.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and loss-prevention standards.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
