Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking a credit analyst to evaluate retail and lease credit applications for passenger cars/vans in the U.S. You will mitigate credit risk while supporting dealers and MBFS relationships, using ACE system and direct dealer communication.

The role emphasizes timely decisions, collaboration with Dealer Relations Managers, and opportunities for growth within a global mobility finance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of overall work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, decide and investigate retail and lease credit applications and communicate decisions to the dealer via ACE and phone in a timely manner.
• Build positive dealer relations to increase market penetration and provide professional customer service.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to improve underwriting skills and support Retail Credit team.
• Support eContracting and eDiscounting with dealers and Case360 to correct mismatches between contracts and MBFS systems.
