Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a licensed audiologist for a full-time, onsite role at Sam's Club in Savannah, GA. You will evaluate hearing candidacy, fit and verify instruments, and build relationships with patients through education and follow-up care in a retail-based clinical setting.

You will program and adjust devices from major manufacturers, perform follow-up visits, and maintain compliant patient records while delivering exceptional service to support patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the state of role.
• Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a patient-friendly manner.
• Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient-focused care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using best-practice clinical protocols.
• Interpret test results and recommend individualized hearing care solutions based on patient needs and lifestyle.
• Present product options clearly, emphasizing value, long-term benefits, and patient outcomes.
• Program, fit, and verify hearing instruments, including new, premium technology from major manufacturers.
• Perform routine follow-up visits, cleanings, adjustments, and hearing aid repairs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records, including documentation and outcome measures.
• Deliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction, loyalty and positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to support center performance and continuous improvement.
