Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join our onsite team across Sam's Clubs nationwide. You will evaluate candidacy for hearing care, recommend and fit hearing aids, and educate patients while building lasting relationships in a retail healthcare setting.

You will conduct evaluations, interpret results, present options, program and verify devices, and perform follow-up care to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Audiology license or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the relevant state (required).
• Strong clinical, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, patient-friendly manner.
• Comfort working in a retail healthcare setting.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient-focused care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations using best-practice clinical protocols.
• Interpret test results and recommend individualized hearing care solutions.
• Present product options clearly, emphasizing value and patient outcomes.
• Program, fit, and verify hearing instruments, including premium technology.
• Perform routine follow-up visits, cleanings, adjustments, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
• Deliver exceptional service that supports patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support center performance and continuous improvement.
