Job summary

Great Wolf Resorts in Connecticut is seeking a Retail and Attractions Supervisor to lead daily operations of gift shops, arcade, attractions, and vending while ensuring safety and service standards. You will coach pack members, manage scheduling, and respond to guest concerns, partnering with lodge leadership to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in Retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily retail and attractions operations including gift shops, arcade, attractions, and vending to ensure safety and service standards.
• Provides coaching and recognition to pack members regularly.
• Understands and champions Great Wolf policies and procedures and collaborates with leadership in performance management of the department and its Pack Members.
• Responds to questions or guest concerns and escalates feedback to leadership as appropriate.
• Ensures the completion and proper communication of guest requests and concerns to the appropriate department.
• Participates in scheduling staff and forecasting labor requirements.
• Leads daily stand-up meetings to prioritize the day and gather feedback from Pack Members.
• Monitors performance of attendants and provides real-time coaching.
