Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a part-time retail associate to join its team. You will handle POS transactions, maintain storefront presentation, and deliver guest-focused service in an upscale environment.

This role requires a high school diploma (GED preferred) and prior retail or customer service experience. Availability Monday and Tuesday 9:45am–6:15pm is required; other shifts may vary. Pyramid supports diversity and equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate POS knowledge, end-of-day paperwork and cash handling.
• Accurate check-in of daily receipts, organize back stock and display merchandise.
• Keep store clean and merchandise neat at opening and close; attend product knowledge meetings.
• Prepare sales floor, music, lighting and dressing rooms for business daily.
• Answer phones, assist with special orders, and ring in sales per standards.
• Support teamwork and assist other plaza stores with enthusiasm.
• Follow policies for bank checkout and store keys; adhere to parking, attire and equipment rules.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and respond appropriately in emergencies.

About our property:

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. What you will have an opportunity to do:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain accurate technical knowledge of store point of sale, end of day paperwork and cash handling skills.
• Accurate check in of daily receipts, steaming of garments, organizing back stock and displaying of merchandise.
• Actively partake in store cleanliness and straightening of merchandise at opening and close of business daily. All team members to attend monthly product knowledge meetings.
• Prepare sales floor, music, lighting and dressing rooms for business daily.
• Answer phones, assist in taking special customer orders, and ring in sales following Forbes and LXR Service Standards.
• Create positive teamwork ethics. Support and recommend other plaza stores with an enthusiastic approach.
• Understand and follow the policy for checking out the bank and store key.
• Understand and follow all policies for parking, professional attire and use of company equipment.
• Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.

This is a part-time position, you must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays 9:45am - 6:15pm.
