The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane is seeking a Gift Shop Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service and drive souvenir sales. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and help shoppers find the perfect mementos of their stay.

Join a historic, elegant property and contribute to a polished gift shop experience, maintain displays, process transactions, and support inventory management while working flexible weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of merchandise presentation and display.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
