Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) has an immediate opening for an Attendant Care Employee - (ACE) in Plymouth and Sandwich, NH.

As an ACE at GSIL, you will provide compassionate support to our consumers, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Schedule and Compensation

Flexible schedules: Ranging from 2 to 24 hours per week, with schedules set by consumers.

Job Type: Per Diem

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma not required
• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more
• Adequate car insurance (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and eating
• Provide in-home care and support
• Assist with range of motion exercises
• Perform household tasks like laundry, meal preparation, and housekeeping
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, including the use of mechanical lifting devices (training provided)
• Remind and assist consumers with medication management
• Support consumers in community activities, including running errands
