Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas based on business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer purchases/returns and provide correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures
• Prepare merchandise for sale floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts
• Maintain safety and organizational standards
• Provide and accept feedback constructively
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
