Goodwill Central East Texas in Nacogdoches, TX seeks a Retail Associate for a full-time role. You’ll greet customers, help shoppers discover items, and process sales at the register in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education or retail experience required — we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer like they just walked into your party.
• Help shoppers find the perfect item (hello, hidden gems!).
• Ring up sales and handle payments at the register.
• Colorize and organize clothing displays so they POP.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, clean, and looking awesome.
• Answer phones and direct calls with confidence.
• Watch for shoplifters — protect the treasure!
• Clean fitting rooms, bathrooms, counters… the works.
• Assist with restocking, sorting donations, and whatever else keeps the store running smooth.
