Qualifications

• Flexible shifts as assigned.
• Able to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help.
• Able to reach, bend or stoop and use safe lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing store sales and help increase profit.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer/donor service.
• Operate cash register and conduct sales-related functions per policy and standards.
• Receive, price, and display merchandise per policy and standards.
• Run racks and maintain production standards per hour.
• Greet donors, assist with donations safely and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, and breakroom.
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a SMILE!
