Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports store management across several duties, including cashier work, textiles or wares production, donation door operations, and eCommerce tasks.

Positions include eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack/Cart Runner with emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and efficiency. Ability to handle varied tasks and lift up to 50 pounds is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Rings up orders, balanced drawer, follows cash handling procedures.
• Textiles or Wares Producer: Sorts products for quality; tags and hangs textiles/wares; maintains production.
• Donation Door Attendant: Accepts donations and sorts products; maintains a clean donation door.
• eCommerce Producer: Identifies valuable items for ClickGoodwill; tags and packs for shipping.
• e-Books Producer: Scans books and decides display/shipments; manages inventory sheets.
• Rack and Cart Runner: Checks racks, merchandises, purges the floor, updates tracking sheet.
