Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and provide correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and standards
• Prepare merchandise for sale following company procedures
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept feedback
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
