Your Responsibilities

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and “The Irving” customer experience standards
• Greet customers, answer phones, and provide the highest level of customer service with courtesy and professionalism
• Scan products, process payments, and assist customers with processing equipment
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in line with policies and procedures
• Keep track of all cash/credit transactions, perform cash counts and audits to ensure accuracy
• Assist in store maintenance and stock shelves as needed
