ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate in Wisconsin to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and help keep the store organized and welcoming.

The role requires strong customer service, accurate cash handling, and ability to follow policies. Full-time position with 30+ hours weekly and wage starting at $20 per hour with scheduled increases over time.

Formación

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and with others.

Responsabilidades

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning concerns to management.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Complies with company policies and processes.
• Supports a safe working environment by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
