Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and floor equipment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS system to accurately scan and process customer purchases and reports scanning concerns.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and ensures timely delivery from staging area.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Aids store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Complies with all company policies and safety guidelines.
