Job summary

TESO Group is hiring a Retail Associate (Full-Time) for City Base, San Antonio. You will be on the front line for customer service, product merchandising, and shelf maintenance. Work under the Team Leader to ensure accurate pricing, clean displays, and timely replenishment.

We value friendly, proactive team players with a high school diploma. Prior retail or beauty experience is preferred, with on-the-job training available.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or vocational secondary school or above.
• Experience: Retail, beauty, or lifestyle retail is preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat appearance and wear required uniform and name badge.
• Provide friendly customer service and assistance with products.
• Manage shelving, merchandising, and price labels, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory counts.
• Support testers, samples, and promotional displays.
• Report pricing discrepancies and label errors promptly.
• Support with area cleanliness and safety, including housekeeping.
• Complete shift handoffs and required daily work records.
