Job summary

TESO Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for City Base. You will handle merchandising, replenishment, pricing, cleanliness, and customer service to ensure a friendly shopping experience.

Under supervision, you will manage stock, labels, display organization, and tester/sample materials, while adhering to store standards. Prior retail or beauty/collectibles experience preferred; training available.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or above.
• Experience: Retail, supermarkets, beauty, collectibles, or lifestyle retail preferred; training provided if none.

Responsibilities

• Maintain neat, professional appearance and required uniform.
• Greet customers, guide them to products, provide basic introductions.
• Manage shelving, front-facing, merchandising, price labels, and stockroom organization.
• Assist with receiving, testing materials, and reporting pricing or display issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, organize displays, and monitor for near-expiration or unsellable items.
• Record work hours, complete shift handoffs and Daily Work Process forms.
