T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide the store team toward achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, manage store operations, and ensure adherence to merchandising standards to drive performance.

This role supports store leadership to develop and guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. It involves leading team members to meet customer needs through effective coaching, training, and operational management. The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, product knowledge, and adherence to retail procedures to drive performance. Success is measured by team achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The work directly influences customer experience and contributes to the overall financial and operational success of the retail location.
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,600 - $100,900, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $43,200 - $75,675. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
