• Pay: $15.25 per hour
• Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
• Seasonal: This position is available from late May to early October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
• Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service: warmly greet and engage with guests, efficiently handle phone inquiries, and manage all POS transactions with accuracy.
• Enhance sales opportunities: restock items as needed, merchandise products correctly, provide insights on inventory levels, and participate in store clinics to gain in-depth product knowledge.
• Support inventory management: actively participate in weekly cycle counts, and receive and verify merchandise.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment: adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.
• Ensure smooth operations: notify the supervisor of supply needs and report any internal issues.
• Execute daily procedures: complete opening and closing tasks, as well as other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
