• Pay: $15.25 per hour
• Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
• Seasonal: This position is available from late May to early October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. It involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
• Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service: Greet and engage guests warmly, handle phone inquiries efficiently, and manage POS transactions accurately.
• Enhance sales opportunities: Restock items, merchandise correctly, provide insights on inventory, and participate in store clinics for product knowledge.
• Support inventory management: Participate in weekly cycle counts and verify merchandise.
• Promote a safe and organized environment: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, neat store appearance.
• Ensure smooth operations: Notify supervisors of supply needs and report internal issues.
• Execute daily procedures: Complete opening and closing tasks and other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
