• Pay: $15.25 per hour
• Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
• Seasonal: This position is available from late May to early October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
• Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service: Greet and engage guests warmly, handle phone inquiries efficiently, and manage POS transactions accurately.
• Enhance sales opportunities: Restock items, merchandise correctly, provide inventory insights, and participate in store clinics for product knowledge.
• Support inventory management: Participate in weekly cycle counts, receive and verify merchandise.
• Promote safety and organization: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly store.
• Ensure smooth operations: Notify supervisors of supply needs and report internal issues.
• Execute daily procedures: Complete opening and closing tasks and other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
